Future Technologies Venture, LLC (“Future Technologies,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through futuretechllc.com, how we use it, the tracking technologies we use, and your choices and rights.
Information we collect
- Information you provide through our contact and inquiry forms (e.g., name, work email, company, phone, message).
- Technical and usage information (e.g., IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URL), collected only through technologies you consent to.
Cookies and tracking technologies
By default we load only strictly necessary technologies. Analytics and marketing technologies load only after you opt in through our consent banner, and you can change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences.” We use Google Consent Mode so that, until you consent, analytics and advertising storage are set to “denied.” Technologies used (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (analytics); HubSpot (marketing analytics, forms, interactions). Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect form submissions and loads only when you interact with a form.
Consent for tracking technologies (California Invasion of Privacy Act)
We do not enable analytics or marketing technologies that may collect or transmit your information to third parties until you provide prior, informed consent through our banner. We do not install or use any third-party tracking technology that transmits your addressing or signaling information before you opt in.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information and services.
- To understand and improve site usage (analytics consent only).
- For marketing and conversion measurement (marketing consent only).
- We route inquiry-form submissions to our CRM (Salesforce) to manage your request.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the site, communications, and sales (e.g., analytics, CRM, and marketing providers), consistent with your consent choices. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and may opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact sales@futuretechllc.com.
Do Not Sell or Share / Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing; with GPC enabled, non-essential tracking technologies remain off.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards.
