Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Future Technologies Venture, LLC (“Future Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, the tracking technologies we use, and your choices and rights. It applies to futuretechllc.com and related pages and forms (the “Site”). It does not cover information collected offline or under a separate signed agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you provide through forms (name, work email, phone, company, role, and your message) when you contact us or request a workshop, conceptual design, or quote.
- Technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected only through the technologies you consent to (see below).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and ask that you not submit it through a form unless we have requested it through a secure channel.
Cookies and tracking technologies
By default, we load only strictly necessary technologies. Analytics technologies (for example, Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) and marketing technologies (for example, HubSpot) load only after you opt inthrough our consent banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. See our Cookie Notice for categories and detail.
We implement Google Consent Mode so that, until you consent, analytics and advertising storage are set to “denied,” and we do not inject non-essential third-party tags before consent.
Consent for tracking technologies (California Invasion of Privacy Act)
We do not enable analytics or marketing technologies that may collect or share your information with third parties until you provide prior consent through our banner. Where required, this consent is the basis on which such technologies operate.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide requested services.
- To understand and improve site usage (only with analytics consent).
- For marketing and conversion measurement (only with marketing consent).
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Site and our outreach, for example website hosting, analytics, and CRM/marketing providers (such as Google and HubSpot), only consistent with your consent choices and under agreements that limit their use of the information. We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact us at support@futuretechllc.com. You may use an authorized agent, and we will take reasonable steps to verify your request.
Do Not Sell or Share / Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and keep non-essential tracking technologies off.
Visitors outside the United States
Future Technologies is based in and operates the Site from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information is processed in the U.S. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are your consent (for analytics and marketing technologies), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to your inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability; contact us to exercise them.
Children’s privacy
The Site is a business-to-business site not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control (for example partner sites, scheduling, or support portals). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
