Welcome to the team, Kent Brown
Kent brings over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications and wireless connectivity industries. He comes to Future Tech after having responsibility for development and sustained growth of Cambium Network's strategic industrial business segment in North America and most recently, leadership of the large logo customer relationships in its Enterprise segment.
Prior to Cambium Networks, Kent served as a Director in Motorola Solution's Professional Services business unit where he gained valuable experience in the deployment of large-scale IP soft switching, headend, HFC plant and FTTH broadband networks. He also served in various sales and national sales management roles within their Government Land Mobile Radio, Advanced Messaging, Cellular Infrastructure, and Broadband business units. During his tenure at Motorola, Kent also served as an International Business Development Director and Consulting Principal in a joint venture between Motorola Solutions, Inc. & Cisco Systems which promoted and provided distributed IP architecture solutions to pave the way for mobile cellular service operators to enable the plethora of applications we enjoy today on smart phones.
As he steps into his new role at Future Tech, Kent seeks to expand the customer base to support the planned growth trajectory and assist in scaling the business across North America.
Kent is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is set to graduate next year from Saint Meinrad Graduate School of Theology with a master's degree in theology. Kent is married with 4 grown daughters and resides at Tims Ford Lake in Estill Springs, Tennessee.
