Kathleen brings a broad, business-focused background spanning Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Project and Program Management, consulting, and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she has led talent strategies, built and optimized HR functions, managed complex initiatives, and partnered with executives and business leaders to address organizational challenges and drive meaningful results.
Beyond traditional HR, Kathleen has led cross-functional initiatives, developed processes and operating models, implemented technology and reporting solutions, and guided teams through organizational change. Her combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and hands-on execution allows her to step beyond the traditional HR role and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.
