Customer service has always been a pillar of Future Technologies business model and that focus was born in its inception. Back in 1999 Lori and Nino Canu created a company overnight to help support some of their customers that were dropped by their previous employer. Lori served in a number of roles throughout the years which saw great growth in the company both in size and in solution offering. As if they knew we would be building next generation networks for years to come, Lori and Nino chose Future Technologies as their business name. At any startup company many people have to wear multiple hats to get off the ground running. Lori thrived as the controller overseeing accounting, order processing and HR duties.
Lori has decided to retire from Future Technologies so she can spend more time with her children and grandchildren. We cannot thank Lori enough for her years of service at Future Tech and we wish her the best of luck in retirement.
